18 Apr 2020 update: Lindsey Elmore has updated her original article to include additional natural options to help support immune systems. Check out her updated article here.

Lindsey Elmore is a pharmacist I trust, that does her homework, offers common sense advice, and also happens to be an oily person. Just recently she wrote an article about nutraceuticals, i.e. nutritional supplements that can help boost a person’s immune system. A strong immune system helps your body fight off sickness, and it makes sense to do what we can to support a strong immune system.

Personally, I’m taking a few extra supplements now. Two that Young Living doesn’t offer – a zinc and a N.A.C, along with two that Young Living does offer – Inner Defense and the Super C chewable. What I like about the chewable vitamin C is that its derived from actual food, the camu camu and acerola fruits. If you’re interested in trying these, let me know.

Nutraceuticals – standardized pharmaceutical grade nutrients and supplements. Word cloud.

Lindsey writes about the benefits of zinc and N.A.C. in her article that can be read on her blog here.

How are you giving your immune system extra support these days? Have you added any new supplements?
