Clean it up! oy. another of those phrases that is used REALLY frequent in my house. Clean it up! while I’m cooking I sing it. I find when I sing this phrase rather than speak it, the act becomes a game, rather than a chore. And the kids in my house all listen more to singing than they do to commands or requests.

When you need to clean up the air try out this recipe. Or…maybe…. try adding these oils to baking soda – 6 drops per 1/2 cup of baking soda – and sprinkle this on carpets before vacuuming. clean it up!

Kunzea is a plant native to Tasmania and Australia and is a cousin to tea tree. Aboriginal peoples know this plant as ‘tick-bush’ because of their observations about how it will repel insects. The oil is steam distilled from leaves and the tiny branches. The scent is spicy, woodsy, a bit tangy, and fresh. Young living has a great video [here] about their farm in Tasmania where the kunzea for the oil is grown. Holy canolli its a beautiful place! That blue water?! Spectatular.

Don’t forget, you can always go look at the oil profile page to see more about lemon and peppermint.
