I love coffee, in almost any form. I seriously hate coffee breath. I especially hate smelling my own coffee breath when I’m out and about town wearing my mask. Ya, I brush my teeth, but not after every cup of coffee!!

So in order to keep the inside of my mask smelling fresh and minty – I’ve concocted a mask spray. I’ve learned that while my favorite diffuser recipes can be great mask sprays, sometimes its great to have just something simple.

With all the pollen floating around and the continuing dry air (and a new dog! squeeee!!) I’m finding the allergy support mix of lavender, lemon and peppermint a great spray for my mask. My other top favorite is straight up thieves oil.

The way I use this spray is to spritz the inside & outside, then wave the mask in the air so the alcohol evaporates, and put on my mask. No more smelling stinky breath. While it doesn’t solve the problem of coffee breath, it definitely masks the odor.

Recipe for Mask spray:

> 15-20 drops total of your favorite oil or combination of oils
> fill the remainder of a 15ml bottle with rubbing alcohol (You can re-use EO bottles, or grab a couple on amazon here https://amzn.to/3flqEym)
> top with a spray top (https://amzn.to/2C3VJs0)
