Do you have a dragon time of the month that needs taming? Try this.

Dragon time essential oil is a blend of oils, that has a calming and grounding aroma. Included in the blend is Fennel, Clary Sage, Marjoram, Lavender, Blue Yarrow, and Jasmine essential oils. The balancing properties make it a perfect choice for supporting emotions during occasional times of moodiness and is recommended for young and mature women.

I apply Dragon Time topically to my abdomen and lower back for relief from menstrual cramps. If it’s a really bad month, I’ll also use peppermint or wintergreen with the Dragon Time. I will diffuse it in the house as well and usually this is enough to improve all of the terrible menstrual-related symptoms. Sometimes when the WHOLE family is being cranky, I’ll diffuse it with peppermint for a few hours. I find the crankiness goes down to a manageable level. The boys get the benefits of the oils with out ‘smelling like a girl’.
