This was a game changer for me. I always hated the way conventional polishes smelled and how they made my hands and furniture feel after using them, both always felt so waxy. So until I made this homemade polish I just didn’t use any. NOW, I treat my furniture to a good cleaning and dusting a few times a month. I’ve used this on new furniture and antiques, but as always, before using this on your pieces, test it out in a non-conspicuous spot first.

Ingredients:
2 oz of olive oil
2 oz of vinegar
1 teaspoon of thieves household cleaner
10 drops of lemon essential oil
6 oz of water
Directions:
In a 16 oz glass spray bottle add the above ingredients and shake “like the dickens” as Nana used to say.
Spray on a microfiber cloth and wipe down your furniture.
Make sure to shake it up really well before each time you use it.
